2. The watch does not work properly, or is physically damaged.

Conditions for Refund/Exchange

To be eligible for a refund, the item you return must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means that you must keep the original packaging and all of the included items. Please pack your return carefully to avoid damage during shipping. If any items are missing from your return shipment, your refund will be delayed until we have received all of the items.

Refunds

We will inspect your returned item carefully once we receive it. If there are any signs of wear or damage, this may affect the amount of your refund. However, if the item is in good condition, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
If your return package is lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim. Once the claim is processed, we will issue you a refund in the original method of payment. No cash refunds.

We are not an authorized dealer for the named Swiss Watch brands. Benkei Watches is family owned.
